Scotiabank, a top 5 Canadian bank with over $1T in assets and operations in 50+ countries, maintains a significant presence in Costa Rica through its ScotiaBank Costa Rica division. Their customer communication initiatives are critical to maintaining their 25M+ global customer relationships.
I developed the ScotiaTico newsletter, a key communication tool for bank updates and information. My responsibility was crafting an engaging and informative newsletter layout, enhancing communication between the bank and its customers.

I focused on creating a visually appealing and responsive design to improve customer engagement and ensure cross-device accessibility. This project was completed while working at IntergraphiDesign, my first development job.
The implementation used Wordpress CMS for easy content management and updates, allowing the bank to efficiently maintain the newsletter. The project applied web development skills to create a practical communication tool for a financial institution.
