AsoBlockchain

I co-founded AsoBlockchain in 2018 to bring structure to Costa Rica's growing blockchain community. The association connected education, industry collaboration, events, and discussions around regulation.

I helped establish the early community programs, including CryptoCantinaCR, and co-organized TicoBlockchain in February 2019 as an international gathering for developers, companies, and people interested in blockchain technology.

I also participated in policy discussions and industry partnerships, helping represent the association's members while supporting technical education and community development.

Selected contributions

• Co-founded Costa Rica's blockchain association at its October 2018 launch in San José.
• Helped start CryptoCantinaCR under the BlockchainCR community before the association's formal programs.
• Organized TicoBlockchain, Costa Rica's first international crypto and blockchain conference.
• Developed advocacy programs for blockchain policy and regulation.
• Ran educational programs, industry partnerships, and community events for members.
