The ITS project was undertaken while I was at IntergraphiDesign, my first job at a development shop. ITS InfoCom is an IT multinational that focuses on Remote Infrastructure Management, and I was responsible for implementing their primary website, CMS, and CRM integration.

My role was to create and integrate digital solutions for the company, focusing on enhancing their web presence and customer relationship management. I developed and deployed a company-wide CMS that facilitated efficient content management and updates.

By integrating CRM solutions, I streamlined customer interactions, ensuring that the company could effectively manage and engage with their clients. This project was a valuable experience in my early career, allowing me to apply my skills in a real-world setting and contribute to the company's digital strategy.
