ITS InfoCom, an IT multinational, focuses on Remote Infrastructure Management. I implemented their primary website, CMS, and CRM integration. My role was to create and integrate digital solutions for the company, focusing on web presence and customer relationship management.

I deployed a company-wide content management system for efficient website updates and maintenance. This implementation allowed staff to manage website content without requiring technical expertise for routine changes.

The project included CRM integration to streamline customer interactions and data management. This work was completed while at IntergraphiDesign, my first development job, and delivered practical web solutions for a technology company.
