## Story

I helped create Bitlauncher with a business partner, taking the product from concept through delivery. I owned product direction, scope, architecture, and implementation while coordinating two full-time developers and up to five part-time contributors.
The platform combined token auctions, wallets, bridges, and market data. I deployed Gnosis auction contracts to EOS EVM, built realtime bidding with Supabase subscriptions, developed a bridge for auction settlement, and connected wallet balances and transaction indexing across EOS and EVM systems.
I also developed an AI research assistant using retrieval and tool calls for news and YouTube content, alongside work on specialized prompting and automated internationalization. During development, I introduced tools including Cursor, Claude Sonnet, and v0.dev into the team's engineering workflow.

## Achievements

- Owned product scope, technical decisions, and delivery across a team of two full-time developers and up to five part-time contributors.
- Architected and built the Next.js 14 application using Supabase, viem, wagmi, Alchemy, Trigger.dev, and shadcn/ui.
- Deployed Gnosis auction contracts to EOS EVM and built real-time bidding interfaces using Supabase subscriptions.
- Built a token bridge converting USDT, USDC, and BITUSD to USDCred for auction settlement.
- Developed wallet interfaces showing EVM and EOS token balances through wagmi subscriptions and RPC polling.
- Indexed transactions in Supabase for queries and aggregate market data, and built a custom EOS EVM indexer using Node.js, viem event subscriptions, and dFuse.
- Developed an AI research assistant with RAG and tool calls for news and YouTube content, along with Masterbots prompting and AI-assisted internationalization.
- Introduced AI-assisted development workflows using v0.dev, Claude Sonnet, Cursor, and SourceryAI.
